What should we prepare for the first conversation?

Describe a recurring task, the tools used, who is involved and what makes the work difficult. A fictional or anonymised example is enough. We then clarify access permissions, who will validate the tests and the success criteria; no credentials or sensitive documents are needed for this first conversation.

Where will our data be hosted?

We choose the architecture with you: existing infrastructure, private cloud or another suitable environment. External services, access and retention rules are identified before deployment.
